With your one hour session, We will sit down with you, listen to your situation and assist in preparing your claim for filing. If you are a tenant who believes that they are being violated, let us help you find the proper resources that will educate you on your rights as a tenant where you can make an informed decision on how you wish to move forward. We will also let provide you with the necessary forms to get started with your claim and let you know how you need to complete it for filing. If you want additional services or time, we will assist you with preparing and filing your claim with RTDRS or the Alberta Court of Justice if you wish to sue your landlord.
